Sligo Bay was a hidden treasure we stumbled upon while on vacation in County Sligo, Ireland. Driving towards the ocean, the road disappeared as if we drove right in, ending at a nook of neon green moss and crashing waves overlooking Sligo Bay, Ireland. The green moss lit up exquisitely against the dark gray rock and blue waters. The vibrant colors were breathtaking. Reminiscent of my favorite childhood movie, as the screen lit up from black & white to color. The crashing waves were forceful at times, yet left a very calming sound for our enjoyment.
